"Digital Talent" is modeled after our very successful E-Resume Database, allowing registered empoyers to perform searches on our database of broadcast professionals, quickly zero in on qualifed talent, allows you to see what market they are in, their current job title, allows you to view their "Profile" before looking at either their resume or video clip. All this is designed to save you time.

As a "registered employer" there are absolutely NO costs to search the Talent Gallery.

While there are no special requirements to search the database, before you view any of our clips in the "Talent Gallery" you will need to download and install Apple's media player.

Benefits
The benefits to conducting an online search are numerous:

- Search for candidates in the privacy of your home or office, without constantly loading and unloading tape machines.

Contract Information
While we do not want you to waste time with people who are not available, as we all know, contracts have a beginning and an end. For this reason we do not want to exclude talent who are nearing their end of their current contractural obligations. Most people we know do not wait until a contract expires or they are unemployed, before they begin to search for work. For this reason, TVJobs.com Talent Gallery will list talent who are currently under contract and leave it up to you to decide whether their expiring contract fits in with your plans to hire new talent.
